Heineken’s 80.000 employees produce and sell more than 300 brands. How do you reach across countries and cultures to align all of them on strategic themes from the headquarters in Amsterdam? And how do you enable employees to share the Heineken story?
ILUMY innovation: employees are the best reporters
We designed and developed the award winning social video platform Green Room. The architecture is based on the technology of our own communication tool Plek. Green Room is secure and open at the same time, combining confidential information with publicly available content in one intuitive user experience. Green Room enables employees to tell their own Heineken story, showcasing how strategy drives their plans and actions.
Shared insight: keep it simple, keep it smart
The worldwide user base of Heineken confronted us with a challenging variety of digital proficiency, devices, browsers and networks. We created an intelligent platform with an adaptive and simple interface, thus connecting people from places as remote as the Indian Ocean island of Réunion.
